Chandler residents attend Chandler Elementary School, and have the option to choose either Boonville Middle School or Castle North Middle School when they are promoted from fifth grade. Whichever middle school you choose will determine which high school you attend: Boonville High School, or Castle High School. All of these schools are within the Warrick County School Corporation district.

Esther Hills is a 55+ community, meaning the primary resident in each home must be 55 years of age or older. However, we understand that family is important. Residents are welcome to have their children or grandchildren live with them, as long as the primary leaseholder meets the age requirement. Our goal is to offer a peaceful, community-focused environment while still allowing the flexibility to support multigenerational living when needed.
